The artist Song Cheng De, was born in 1949 in Guiyang City, Guizhaou Province, China. In 1972, he was a professional artist in the Exhibition Gallery of Guizhou Province. In 1980, he allied the Guizhou Art Academy as a professional artist. In 1986 he studied in Central Art Academy. In 1988, he transferred to the Shenzhen Art Academy till now.

He has won the awards for excellence of the "87 Japanese ink products Show".
