Artist : Zhang WeiHe was born in Shanxi province, China in 1948. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Henan University, he specializes in Chinese Painting.
He is a member of the Artists Association Of China and a vice Chairman of the Artists Association Of Hainan Province, China. He is also a Vice President of the Haikou Art Academy.
