The artist Cai Li Qun was born in Guangdong Province of China in 1952.

Cai Li Qun graduated from the Guangdong University of Art. He is presently the Council Member of the China’s Art Magazines and Paintings Association, Deputy Secretary General of the Guangdong Painters Research Center, Member of the Artists Association of China (Shantou Branch) and, a professional Artist of the Guangzhou Oversea Clan Painters’ Association.

Cai Li Qun has been in his professional painting career for 30 years. He specializes in the painting of flowers and Birds.
