Artist Wang Sheng Yi was born in 1944 in Hebei Province, China. Graduated from Tianjin Art Academy. He is vice chairman of the Artists Association, Shijiazhuang, China and a vice president of the Association of Landscape of Hebei Province.

He has participated in many painting exhibitions both at home.

In 1993,Spring won the Excellent Work award at at the 1st National landscape Painting Exhibition.

In 2001, participated a Combined Art Exhibition in Singapore organized by Tiandu Art Gallery.
